We are a group of professionals and we are very passionate about our job.
We’ve joined Alessandro Belli in his project and we completely support him with it.
Alessandro Belli (Alle), face and founder of this project. He’s a dreamer, a crazy one, who lives his passion and has created all this for you, sinners. He’s not a VIP, he’s one of you, a sinner who wants to spread the culture of sour beers. He finds the best beers for you, he contacts brewers from all over the world and publicans from all over Europe. Everybody answers his call.
Amanda & Vince
They can be defined as the Sour Festival’s bagmen. They are managing people, personalities and Very Important Persons, from every point of view: logistics, accommodations, staff shifts, forum planning.
They are Alle’s right and left arm at the Arrogant Pub and will support him from the back stage for the duration of the Festival.
He’s the Festival’s nose and palate. He’s the one deciding the rotation order of the beers and performing a taste test of each new keg so that you don’t find a out of shape beer.
Because, sinners, if it isn’t perfect, we don’t serve it! If you run into him he’ll be happy to give you drinking and buying advice, so you can have the best possible ecperience at the Festival!
She’s a new entry of the 2019 edition. She basically coordinates the Festival. She’s the one with the big picture in mind and everything goes through her e-mails and her pc. 95% of her work happens during the months previous to the Festival: she coordinates and communicates with all the people involved. If you run into her, don’t hesitate to give her any feedback or ideas to improve us.
Known in the beer world as “Davidino”. Behind the scenes of the Festival from the beginning, he helped his brother, Alessandro Belli, contact breweries and manage the drafts list. He is currently working with Maria on social media and the Festival info, but if you want to ask him for advice about beer or food he is always available!!
He’s the man who, at each Festival, breaks his own record for kilometers covered in three days. He’salways there, always on it. It’s thanks to him that the Festival can start: he is in charge of microphones, speakers, stage, music, generators and much more. If you run into him at the Festival buy him a beer, at least he’ll stop running for ten minutes!
Marco & Denis
For several years they have humbly been building websites under the pseudonym of JADA – Just Another Digital Agency.
In a nutshell, as the name says, they are a web-agency like many others, nothing special, but if it weren’t for them you wouldn’t be able to browse this beautiful website. If you meet them at the Festival you may thank them by offering them a beer.
As one of the most famous and respected Italian publicans, he shouldn’t need any introduction.
In 2013 he became Alle’s partner for the opening of the Lambiczoon (the name alone says everything), and that – not by chance – was also the year of the Festival’s first edition. It could not have happened differently; his skills are the basics for this Festival’s organization.
We’re the only Festival with publicans from all over Europe serving draught beers. They’re competent people, both able to serve beer and to explain the beer to you. They are trained and informed about everything that they serve.
